    A new property owner not currently under management with us, or a qualified tenant who attends a registered showing and signs a lease. Referrals must be submitted before contact is established with our team.

    The process is straightforward: simply make the referral, ensure it is properly registered, and once the lease is finalized and move-in is completed within the specified timeframe, your compensation will be processed.
