    What qualifies as a valid referral?

    A valid referral is either:

    A new property owner not currently under management with us, or a qualified tenant who attends a registered showing and signs a lease. Referrals must be submitted before contact is established with our team.

    What does “qualified tenant” mean?

    The process is straightforward: simply make the referral, ensure it is properly registered, and once the lease is finalized and move-in is completed within the specified timeframe, your compensation will be processed. Such programs benefit everyone involved by fostering growth, strengthening networks, and rewarding those who contribute to finding reliable tenants or valuable properties.
